The Experiential Technology Innovation Centre (XTIC) at IIT Madras is hosting an exciting webinar as part of their CAVE Engagement Series, focusing on the intersection of immersive technologies and spatial interface design. This series explores how emerging technologies are reshaping digital experiences and human-computer interaction in three-dimensional environments.

Dr. Anmol Srivastava on Spatial User Interface Design
We’re thrilled to have Dr. Anmol Srivastava from IIIT Delhi’s Department of Human-Centered Design as our featured speaker. Dr. Srivastava, who heads the Creative Interfaces Lab at IIIT Delhi, will present on “Immersive Technology Interfaces: Spatial User Interface Design”.
His talk will take participants through a UX design lens, examining how intuitive, human-centered interactions work in 3D space—where movement, perception, and context fundamentally shape how users discover, understand, and engage with digital experiences beyond the traditional screen. Dr. Srivastava’s research focuses on leveraging emerging technologies like XR, Metaverse, and Tangible User Interfaces to enhance usability and creative expression.
