Hey, I’m Pranshu! I’m a Design Researcher with a deep commitment to human-centered design for public good. My work is rooted in a simple belief that good design can make government services and public systems work better for everyone, especially those who are often left out of the conversation.
I currently work at EY India’s Citizen Experience Centre of Excellence, where I lead UX research and inclusive design for large-scale public sector digital transformation projects. Before that, I spent time at IIIT Delhi’s Creative Interfaces Lab diving into interaction research and served as Creative Head of IIIT Bangalore’s ACM SIGCHI chapter, where my love for HCI and design research really took root. I’ve also contributed to campaigns for WWF India, which showed me how design can serve causes much bigger than a product.
