Hey, I’m Hermehar! I’m a Computer Science graduate and PhD researcher at IIIT Delhi, and I genuinely love chasing the edge of what’s possible with AI and immersive tech. My current research sits right at the crossroads of Generative AI and Virtual Reality — I’m working on building Human-Centered Immersive AI systems that don’t just perform well, but actually feel right for the people using them.
My journey has taken me from training computer vision models for smart agriculture at IIT Ropar, to teaching and mentoring hundreds of students as a TA to building web apps as a teenager. I’ve published research in journals, conferences, and books, won awards for my work, and organized some pretty large national-level events along the way. I like solving hard problems, and I like doing it with people.
