Hey, I’m Prachi! I’m an experience designer from NIFT Gandhinagar, and I’m fascinated by the space where physical interaction meets digital storytelling. I believe the best experiences don’t just inform they make you feel something, and that’s exactly what drives my design work.
My project “Threads Through Time” is a perfect example of that philosophy in action. Using tangible markers, users can virtually try on traditional Indian outfits spanning from the Paleolithic era all the way to modern times — blending tactile interaction with rich digital visuals to tell the story of India’s incredible fashion heritage. It’s not just about clothing; it’s about culture, history, and identity, made immersive and accessible through GenAI and interactive technology.
